Strawberries (age 4.9-5.4)
The Strawberry Room is designed for those children who have outgrown the preschool day, yet not quite ready for elementary school. Children enjoy a full-day program and although art and creative expression are not teacher-directed, our Pre-K is intended to introduce the ‘structure’ of a school day. Socially, Strawberries are finding the confidence to initiate play and navigate social dynamics. The goal of creating a Pre-K is to offer a bridge from preschool to elementary, making the transition a little more gradual.
