Can I take a tour?
Yes. Tours take place throughout the week and book up pretty quickly. You will need to call Helen (310.829.5700) to reserve a spot. If you're interested in attending preschool (ages 4 through Pre-K) for the current school year, your tour spot will take priority (so mention it). If you'd like to bypass the tour, you may download the appropriate application on our Admissions page.

Is Cassidy Developmental or Academic?

What are Cassidy’s hours of operation?
Cassidy is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Hours for each program are as follows:

AM Preschool: 9am-12pm
PM Preschool: 12:30pm-3:30pm
Pre-K: 9:00am-2:00pm

If I am enrolled in the Itty Bitty and Tiny Tots programs, will my child automatically be able to attend preschool at Cassidy?
Children from outside of our Toddler program are accepted, but participation is highly considered when applying to preschool. However, admission depends on available space and the individual needs of your child. Other considerations include sibling status, gender balance, and diversity.

What is the child-to-teacher ratio?
This was one of the most important considerations when developing Cassidy. The Blueberry (2's) and Raspberry (3's) classrooms are 5:1. Blackberry (4's) and Strawberry (Pre-K) classrooms are 7:1.

Do you require parent involvement?
As we build the Cassidy Community, parent participation will be an integral part of our continued success... so, yeah.

Where do Cassidy kids go to Kindergarten?
Our first graduating class was accepted into Carlthorp, Brentwood, John Thomas Dye, Curtis, Mirman, Village, and Willows. Public schools include Warner and Westwood Charter.

Is financial aid available?
It is our goal to eventually build a scholarship fund. As of now, financial aid is not yet available.
